In the 3rd IPL series, Lalit Modi was alleged with some irregularities for which he was suspended and he had been asked for the reply to the 3rd show cause notice by the Indian cricket board for which he had submitted his reply to BCCI.
Modi was charged with irregularities in the sale of cinema rights and mid-over ads in the third IPL series by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Modi's lawyer, Mehmood Abdi told that Modi had submitted the reply through email on Tuesday and the hard copy of the same has been submitted on Wednesday.
Abdi said that all this issue will proceed in routine internal manner and there is nothing to be exaggerated.
A team of three persons will go through the reply, namely BCCI president Shashank Manohar, board vice president Arun Jaitley and interim IPL chairman Chirayu Amin.
Modi has already submitted his reply to separate all the allegations. He had asked to separate BCCI charges of financial irregularities from independent functioning and another charge of trying to set up a rebel Twenty20 league in England.
The three member panel would give their verdict to the general body regarding Modi's reestablishment.
